Comes with FA "A review of the Centenary Year" 1963 and a menu from the Cafe Royal, London 1974 saluting Sir Alf Ramsey achievement in winning the 1966 World Cup with tribute from Bobby Moore and signatures on a loose autograph page of the 3 Blackpool and England players Stanley Matthews , Stan Mortensen and Harry Johnston.
